HE/SHE/IT has master grade weapon lvl60+14. GS will be faster if it has the master +14 weapon. HE/SHE/IT has good SKILLBOOK (must be perfect with 4 or 5 stars) complete set of the same author. HE/SHE/IT has good AUSPICE.
ONE thing i am sure about and what i like being a shine elementalist is having less Skill buttons to click xD CICLE WIND is enough xD
