I will update this topic every week or when ever they get something new;)

Game:
- NS got some nerfs, PvP mostly
- Name Change item will be released
- New boss will be added in EXTREME dungeon
- New boss will be added in Tower (6th cont)
- Release of level 60 EPIC grade Necklace, Earing, Belt (Ring and Bracelet already on)
- Level cap 65

Event:
- Random boost with Stamina reset (Weekly+Boost)
  -100% experience at end of dungeon
  -100% gold
  -100% experience from mobs
  -100% Water attack (sarad)
  -100% Guild points

Skill revision time on Japan it seems - NAME OF SKILLS (SOULIST) are not correct, post after this if you know correct name (i will edit it).

Soulist:
- Advent Soul (NEW SKILL)
Add a new passive skill damage resistance and wisdom increases

- Offensive skills of "all" (except for some)
Increased skill damage a large number of
Added PvP correction to some skill, increase the PvP correction than some existing skills

- Over Soul
The change in motion Delete a tornado attack of skill upon activation, immediate transformation
Change "damage resistance" buff to be given skill attacks triggered when you hit
Maximum skill level is a change in the 9 → 10
The change in 70 seconds → 60 seconds cool time of stage
Change in 105 seconds → 90 seconds cool time of PvP

- Accelerator Soul
The change to the effects of the number of attacks over Soul upon activation increases
Add the effects in the assignment of damage resistance of 10% transformation of

- Dark Emotion
Add a trigger to possible attack over Soul during transformation

- Demonic Chaser
To reduce the damage
Add PvP correction
Add a trigger to possible attack over Soul during transformation
Change the skill effect

- Soul Aix Pell
Add a trigger to possible attack over Soul during transformation

To change the interval between firing from stance

- Pane needle
Method of attack over Soul during transformation, change the effect
The number of occurrences of bleeding effect is a change in the once per 1HIT
Change bleeding effect to be applied in PvP
The change in 10 seconds → 15 seconds cool time of stage

- Dead breath
Add a trigger to possible attack over Soul during transformation
Increase the maximum skill level
Debuff effect change "freezing" → to "move slow"
Change the skill effect
The downward revision damage

(Not applicable in PvP) Add invincible upon activation
Increase the maximum skill level

- Soul shock
Add MP consumption
Increase the maximum skill level
Character Level interval necessary skill level increase is a change in the 4 → 3

- Soul Spear
Increase the maximum skill level

Hunter: (only damage corrected PvE and PvP)
- Vital thrust

MP consumption amount of each 1Lv increase is a change in the 7 → 4
The change to 75 → 150 increase the strength value of summons body of 1Lv increase each
Change to 750 → 1500 the strength of the body of the summons 1Lv

- Freezin Trap
MP consumption amount of each 1Lv increase is a change in the 8 → 5
The change to 75 → 150 increase the strength value of summons body of 1Lv increase each
Change to 750 → 1500 the strength of the body of the summons 1Lv

- Line Trap
Change 20 seconds / 40 seconds → 15 seconds / 30 seconds cool time
The change in 2000 → 4000 the strength of the body of the summons 1Lv
Increase the strength value of summons body of 1Lv increase each changed to 200 → 400

- Spinning Trap
Change 30 seconds / 45 seconds → 25 seconds / 37.5 seconds cool time
The change in 4000 → 8000 the strength of the body of the summons 1Lv

- Flame Trap
The change in 6000 → 12000 summoning the strength of body 1Lv

- Lethargic Mist
Change 60 seconds / 78 seconds → 35 seconds / 45.5 seconds cool time
The change in 9600 → 19200 summoning the strength of body 1Lv
The change to the 400 → 800 stamina increase value of summons body of 1Lv increase each

Elementalist:
- Deriru (Beryl HP summon)
Change to 400 → 1000 the strength increase value of summons body of 1Lv increase each

- Siaphe (MP summon)
The change to 10 → 20, respectively, increase the value of wisdom 1Lv criteria / 1Lv increase each
Change to 400 → 1000 the strength increase value of summons body of 1Lv increase each

- Mana Shot
The change in the semi-super armor super armor upon activation
 ※ It is not applicable to the other shaman class

- Flare
Reduce trigger motion

- Ground Burst
Add the triggering of semi super armor
 ※ Reaper other than to also apply to other classes of Shaman

- Shade swing
Increased to 1.5 times the attack range of the stage

- Mindflame
Add invincible upon activation
 ※ only Elementalist. The non-applicable to other Shaman class

Event:
- Skillbook hunt (Rare grade), 61+, special monster appears

about the changes in Cd of soulist.. i think we already have it in global.. all the same.

i am interested about elementalists skills like Mana Shot and Mindflame ( this will look like orb strike of soulist xD use to counter those superman thing of tao and warriors xD) but too bad shine ele doesn't use  Ground Burst T_T (correct me if i am wrong) i wonder why shine ele has staff as weapon, she doesn't even use it.

i envy shade more T_T "Shade swing".

Well new update from Japan:

Game:
- Tower 21 -> 40 floors added.
- Tower stamina cost increase from 25 to 50
- LOOT:
21-30 Floor
Normal mob = Box with EXP books
Orange/Green mob = Fragment*; Lv 57 rare Accessory; Lv 60 perfect Accessory
Blue mob = Lv60 perfect Accessory; Lv60 master Belt/Bracelet
*Fragment is for combine, like we have now, to get Special BOSS
31-40 Floor
Normal mob = Box with EXP books
Orange/Green mob = Fragment*; Lv 57 rare Weapon; Lv 60 perfect Weapon
Blue mob = Lv 60 perfect Weapon
Special mob = Master Ring (it can be only at 39th and 40th floor)
*Fragment is for combine, like we have now, to get Special BOSS

- The 2nd EPIC set has been added
Ring (Earth), Belt, Earing = Set
Set stats:
150 STR/WIS increase when attacking (3% probability, 3sec long)
Mana Shield (Mana Protect) ~ 1% chance 10 seconds, 50% damage absorb, 40% MP consume)
Stun ~ 1% chance 1 second duration, when you attack


Skill:
Assassin:
- Hide (PvP) Changes same as Gunslinger
Blade Dancer:
- Cross Blitz (PvE/PvP) You will not be able to cancel enemy skills with Cross Blitz
Slayer:
- Rout Point (PvE/PvP) Added SA on the skill activation
- Smash Chase (PvE) Adds guard break
- Scissors (PvE) Range and Speed of suction increased
Guardian:
- Armor Combination (PvE) Attack range increase
- Iron Press (PvE) Duration of stun increase
Warrior:
- Expert Bash III (PvE) Attack range increase
- Grab Crash (PvE/PvP) Reduced stun time, player can move instantly after usage of skill
- Charge Hammer (PvE) Duration of stun increase
- Cry of a Lion (PvE/PvP) SSA is changed
- Water Mill (PvE/PvP) SSA changes to SA buff on skill activation
- Blaze Crusher (PvE) I-frame duration increased
- Blaze Chain Crusher (PvE) Added short I-frame on skill activation

Many more skill changes to come!


Event:
- Their "Dart" event got new stuffs, nothing else worth mentioning.

OK, so this is event:
Event mob spawns in dungeons and drops tokens, you make party and you use tokens to get dimensional. Awesome event? HELL YEAH!

Its also very recommended to create party, since its TIME limited. This event now tops every single event we had on Webzen, ffs this is just LAME.

Welcome to Epic, to become official member on forum, you have to be in guild. This is just for info.

To answer your 1st question, updates are after NS, however Webzen implants them randomly when they ask/get them from Cloud9, it is only for "taste" of whats to come into global C9. You can see my DATE of post, which is normal like 1-3 days after they got on Japan C9, so informations are fresh Wink

2nd question answer: There has been no skill changes for Warden and Reaperess so far, BUT you never know when they will change a thing or 2. There are some minor fixes, Japanese Hangame (publisher of C9 on Japan) posts every update with 200 lines of fixes, from quest deletion/change to something like "We fixed a letter T to be more visible" (just example). I keep updating this topic, when i see infos on Japan C9, since they are the most up to date version of C9, then its Thai (but they have their own updates).

Today was a day, with amazing economical move, adding Character Extension Slot as pay item!

Permanent, although reading japan blog from (my guess developer or some assistant) more changes are coming in year 2014, i guess they are really scarred of Black Desert, focusing hard on balancing game thus hoping people will come play C9 rather then Black Desert. Although from what I've seen from Black Desert, to simplify what i mean, Black Desert uses C9 for toilet paper.

Black Desert is looking for global publisher, there has been rumors they already have publisher and forcing game for 2015 Q2-Q3, but nothing official yet.

The Auras from mobs in dungeons (those heavy hitters + blue mob damage if Permanent also), the Mark you get from Boss kill loot, its event.
